1. Eligibility & Neighborhood Community
To use Blizu, you must be at least 16 years old. You agree to use the platform only for hyper-local neighborhood coordination, aid, skill sharing, and community building. Commercial spamming, harassment, and duplicate abusive accounts are strictly prohibited.
2. Volunteer Interactions & Facilitation
Blizu acts solely as a technical directory and communication tool to connect local volunteers and requests. We do not participate in, supervise, or control any physical neighborly aid, tool sharing, or exchange of goods. You engage with other neighbors at your own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Blizu and its operators shall not be liable for any physical safety issues, property damage, accidents, or dispute outcomes resulting from neighborly coordination or services organized via the app.
4. Intellectual Property & License
You retain full ownership of the text descriptions and images you publish in your request pins or offers. By publishing, you grant Blizu a free, localized license to display this information to other local users in the neighborhood directory.
5. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these community guidelines, engage in fraudulent behavior, or disrupt neighborhood safety and trust.
6. Governing Law & Slovenian Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maribor, Slovenia.
